1. 7^o axis Stone milling Robot can accurately reproduce intricate 3D stone pieces in large or small format.  We have capacity for blocks up to 15 tonne and over 3 metres tall on the rotating table alone. Inside the Control Room, our qualified team members use various combinations of the multiple CAD, Letter cutting, Cyber Clay Modelling & Robot Simulation software programmes currently available to finesse a piece into it's final perfection.  We are able to accommodate client participation at any stage of the production. 
2. 4^o axis Wire Saw can accurately reproduce complicated profiles as well as slabs.
3. 3^o axis Bridge Saw can produce cut to size stones - 900mm dia blade.
4. Pneumatic Polishing Jenny with various finishing heads.
5. Sandblasting Booth and Engraver with dust extraction.
6. Franner Crane & 4T Forklift for handling large blocks & materials handling.
7. Letter Cutting with optional colour infills including gold leaf.
8. Three Banker Bays fitted with everything needed for hand carving and finishing.
