Our new addition 7o axis robotic stone milling machinery can work a piece from raw block to absolute completion or stop at any stage in between. This high degree of control allows us to provide accurate roughing out services to Sculptors, giving them total 'hands on' control of their work and the choice to undertake final detailing and finessing at any stage they wish.
3D laser scans of Maquette for development of 1:1 scale models with computer simulation and full sized proto-types.
Removal & disposal of waste from raw block to silhouette shape, enabling quicker development of the Sculptor's piece.
Non Disclosure and Artist Copyright documentation— we understand and respect that Copyright is of the highest importance. The very nature of some artistic stone pieces commissioned for prestigious sites require Top Secrecy so we can provide job specific legal documentation to cover all parties in all situations.
Stone Supply— Selected high grade, full sized carving blocks are sourced from anywhere in the world and shipped directly from the quarry to our factory - NO MIDDLE MAN INVOLVED! We specialize in cutting and handling large pieces.
Transport— We provide Industry Standard secure packaging and can arrange Specialist Transport including Marine Transit Insurance to protect your stone sculpture on it’s way to it’s new home.
Installation—An experienced team of masons available as required.
